SERVICES

To request any of the digital marketing services which are offered on www.dashdigitals.com (who are entirely owned OUTBACK SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED LIMITED which are located at NIGERIA), customers will need to first register for an account before they can use this site. Your account details will be saved securely and will be used to track the progress of your current services as well as remembering your preferences and company history in order to make new purchases.

Customers will be required to enter personal information about themselves, or their company when they are acting on behalf of a company. For more information on how we use this personal information then please also read our privacy policy.

DIGITAL MARKETING PACKAGES

Dash Digital offers a range digital marketing services which are focused around the following core areas:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
  • ORM (Online Reputation Management)
  • Social Media
  • Email Marketing
  • Website Design and Development

These services may be ordered individually or combined. Dash Digital offers custom packages to customers which can be arranged with one of our experts depending on their own individual needs. Customers will be required to submit a brief containing as much information about themselves and their company as possible as well as their ideal marketing objectives.

DELIVERY AND DURATION

When you have placed an order for one of our marketing services or packages then we will start work on it as soon as we have received payment in full. When placing an order you will be asked to select the duration of the package. For example, some packages such as SEO may require a longer duration where analytics and metrics are an important part of the process to track the success and development of the campaign. Other services, such as website development and design may be performed in a shorter duration depending on the amount of on-going support the customer wishes to receive once the project has been completed. In general our digital services will last in duration from 1-12 months, depending on the needs of the client and what their selected duration time is.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All clients will be required to select the duration of their project and pay for it accordingly in advance. Customers will only pay for the projects which they have selected, and there are no on-going or subscription fees for the Dash Digital services.

In the event that you wish to ask for a refund and you are dissatisfied with our services then you will need to contact customer services in writing and explain in full the issues you have experienced. We will aim to respond to all refund requests in a period of 7-10 days.

We accept Visa and Mastercard online payments. Please be aware that once you have made a purchase, our billing descriptor will appear as OUTBACK SOLUTIONS INTE IKOYI on your Bank Statement.

DIGITAL CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

The following uses of downloaded digital content purchased on our website is prohibited:

  • Making unauthorised digital copies to which third parties may have access
  • Adapting the digital content and then re-publishing it
  • Passing on any digital content to third parties
  • Making content available to the public, including on Intranets

The above rules apply to all digital content in its entirety, as well as any part that is protected by copyright including individual chapters, articles, photographs and/or diagrams.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

All clients of Dash Digital enter into a contract on behalf of their company or organisation when they agree a quote for any of our digital marketing services.

The client agrees to provide us with any information that is needed in order to carry out the required design work. This includes any content, images or other specifications that are needed by the team to fulfil the project description. The customer agrees to review the project at each stage and provide any feedback in a timely manner in order to adhere to any agreed completion of work deadlines.

The customer needs to agree to the payment terms outlined above which will also be discussed with an individual team member. Website projects will not commence until payment has been completed, and they will also not go live until the customer has given authorisation

LIABILITY

Dash Digital does not accept liability for any potential losses of earnings experienced by any businesses when they are engaged with any of our digital marketing services. Dash Digital also does not accept liability for any potential losses of earnings or damages due to the service not being live or functional, including any launch deadlines that are missed.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients have the right to cancel their account with Dash Digital at any time. We reserve the right to remove the account of any person or company who we may suspect may be violating any of these terms and conditions.
